Serving medium-sized companies or startups, I contribute to and carry out several transformation projects. I collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, General Services, or General Management departments in various contexts of complex change.

From my diverse experience, I retain the complexity and sensitivity of organizations, requiring situational and human intelligence. In particular, when I simplify organizations, transform management culture, or modernize work methods to give employees more autonomy.

For three years, I have been exploring new territories, discovering new innovations, and nurturing my curiosity. For a client, I use Big Data to identify the root causes of attrition and propose a new Marketing organization focused on digital and the customer.

Each context has its own sensitivity, which is all the more true when I implement a database and a KPI setting solution for the Marketing department of the scientific center for works and buildings. Managing this project with rigor and flexibility proves essential to facilitate decision-making and acceptance by all.

Convinced that objectives are rarely achieved alone, I am keen to share my knowledge and know-how. I often find the first solutions in exchange. During the mentoring of an industrial startup, BMCover, I took the time to understand the founders' needs to develop and finalize their business model.
