Ana Santos

We've worked several months with Ana and have renewed her contract several times, driven by the fruitful collaboration that we were having. In teams discovering it all (and showing quite some resistance!), Ana helped us to collectively move towards a more agile mindset. The way she combines her agile trainings and experience with her human skills as a trained psychologist, helps to push teams at the acceptable (or the agreed ;-)) level and ensure a steady progression. With Ana, we discovered the various elements going with agile: the artefacts, the ceremonies; she managed to introduce them step by step and in a manner that was well adapted to our setting which is very different from a tech environment with teams dedicated to the development of a product. She designed and rolled out some trainings, accompanied some targeted teams on a day-to-day basis to further embed the approach in our ways of working or facilitate some internal workshops (I couldn't count the number of Miro boards that she prepared along the way!). In addition, Ana also coordinated a group of 3 freelance scrum masters to ease the communication and the management of the group. Ana discovered the healthcare industry with us; one key element to highlight is how much efforts she put in understanding what was going on and learning on the way to bring the best she could to the table. She is naturally curious and willing to learn and this mindset is a great advantage; she is always open to new challenges and discoveries. Thank you Ana!
