I support people with or without cognitive impairment at home or in residences with adapted stimulation activities, to maintain their abilities and preserve their autonomy.

Design and implementation of activities adapted to the physical, cognitive abilities and interests of each person: memory stimulation, board games, creative and manual activities, cooking, walks, and gentle gymnastics exercises.

Creation of a caring environment that promotes exchange, trust, and social connection.

Volunteer trainer at the French Red Cross, I am passionate about teaching first aid techniques. Beyond the technical aspect, my role is to give everyone the confidence needed to intervene in an emergency. My commitment reflects my values: responsiveness, sense of service, and solidarity.

I design and reorganize companies' workspaces, from needs assessment to project delivery. My role: to help organizations create functional, aesthetic, and work-style-adapted offices.

Each project is conceived as a tool for the collective: comfort, visual coherence, and usability are at the heart of my approach.
