• Financial management of 3 industrial sites; commercial and production controlling, budget process, monthly financial reporting.

• Project manager for the deployment of group software (OTC sales/logistics, OTC production and transport planning).

• Payroll Manager for 550 employees in the Paperboard sector.

• Initiator of the CSR approach within the 3 establishments in the West Region.

• Local Purchasing Manager and national coordination for certain purchasing categories.

- Audit of annual accounts of industrial companies under French, IFRS, and US GAAP standards.

- Verification of internal control rules.
