My name is Anaïs, and I support organizations and individuals involved in human, cultural, and social development initiatives by leveraging art, meaning, and workplace well-being.

With 15 years of experience in the cultural and medico-social sectors, I have developed solid expertise in designing, coordinating, and managing cultural projects with a strong social impact. I have notably worked with individuals facing disabilities, illnesses, isolation, or psychosocial fragility, in collaboration with institutions, associations, and public partners.

After more than 10 years within a national association, I have a thorough understanding of the specific challenges of the non-profit sector: multi-stakeholder coordination, project management, network animation, team support, and structuring impact-driven actions.

In parallel, I am a certified Positive Psychology Coach and Art Therapist. I work with individuals, teams, and companies to:

- Enhance individual and collective well-being,

- Prevent and manage burnout (or post-burnout) situations,

- Develop self-confidence, resilience, and meaning at work,

- Improve quality of life and relational dynamics within teams.
