As a freelancer under Sianais Design (2023-2025), I was responsible for the artistic direction and set design of events, creating unique and immersive decor. Specializing in floral design and accessorizing, I conceived and executed elegant staging tailored to my clients' expectations, whether they were individuals, companies, or prestigious hotels. My role encompassed end-to-end project management: developing mood boards, selecting materials and plants, managing suppliers, budgeting, coordinating on-site teams, and overseeing installations.

Concurrently, I also undertook missions as a freelance event florist for various companies, contributing my expertise in floral arrangements and plant staging for diverse events. Independent and responsive, I adapted to the specific requirements of each project to deliver striking and harmonious visual experiences.

Artistic direction and complete renovation of a restaurant. I am proud to have led the total refurbishment of a restaurant, managing all finishing works, down to the meticulous choice of decoration and final accessories. My goal was to modernize the space while respecting its original identity and adhering to accessibility standards, creating a place that is both contemporary, warm, and true to its soul. Management of finishing works: Supervision of renovations (plumbing, electricity, finishes) in collaboration with technical teams. Knowledge of materials: Selection of finishes, furniture, and materials to combine aesthetics, durability, and comfort. Mastery of safety and construction standards: Compliance with current standards in public spaces, particularly regarding fire safety and accessibility. Creative skills Artistic direction: Ability to conceive and oversee a global visual concept while preserving the initial identity of the place, bringing modernity and aesthetic coherence. Decoration and accessorizing: Choice of decorative elements, furniture, and accessories to harmonize the space and create a warm atmosphere. Skill in creating an emotional experience for restaurant clients, playing on space layout, lighting, and textures. Management of various trades (architects, artisans) and coordination of works to meet deadlines and budget. Management of costs related to works, materials, and decoration while ensuring project profitability. Ability to manage unforeseen issues on site and provide quick and effective solutions. Understanding client expectations and needs to propose adapted solutions while advising them on trends and innovations. Selection of the best service providers and negotiation of prices to optimize the budget without sacrificing quality.
