Implementation of telecom (GSM Wifi INPT DMR PMR) and VDI projects in tertiary buildings: Supervision of a team of 3 people: 2 RA assistants & 1 project engineer. Pre-project: Response to tenders: Analysis of CCTP, Drafting of response file (DPGF, Report & technical sheets, etc.) Coverage study Site preparation: Drafting of PPSPS, Administrative file (Subcontracting approval, VIC, Various training, access, etc.) Forecast of supply orders, intervention schedule, plans, GED access, etc. Project/Site Management: Site visits, Coordination meetings, schedule management, execution & monitoring of work, GED updates, Visa management, coordination with telecom operators. Project completion: Drafting of DOE, site handover, system commissioning Engineering: Conducting on-site and plan-based coverage audits, compliance with regulations, technological and regulatory monitoring, Training on new systems (Wifi 7, Private 5G, etc.)

Responsible for complex and network maintenance projects for Bouygues Telecom. Management of a project portfolio spread across Ile de France: Prospecting: Search for innovative solutions, in collaboration with engineering, adaptations to buildings or land respecting the specifications of the need. Negotiation: Negotiations between the different stakeholders (Private companies, individual owners, Town Halls, inter-municipal communities, or regional councils, etc.) to ensure the administrative and legal feasibility of the project. Engineering: Verification & Correction of technical deliverables (APD, Plans, administrative files, etc.) Planning and participation in site visits, design recommendations according to PLU constraints, and the complexity of the need. Project Management: Coordination of Project Owners (Axione, SNEF, Internal Engineering Office, etc.) Reporting, monitoring deadlines and processes, managing technical issues. Management and allocation of work orders, budgets, and invoicing.

Deployment projects for Orange and Bouygues Telecom 4G/5G network, via the developer SPIE City Networks. Management of a total of 80 different projects, from site search to the start of work. Prospecting: Search for the best property to install equipment (Pylon or rooftop antenna) while respecting urban planning rules and engineering constraints. Negotiation: Negotiations between the different stakeholders (Private companies, individual owners, Town Halls, inter-municipal communities, or regional councils, etc.) Engineering: Verification and correction of technical deliverables (Plans, APD, administrative files, etc.) Planning and participation in technical visits, design recommendations. Project Management: Client reporting, adherence to deadlines and processes, management of disputes and exceptional situations. Client relations and negotiation of new markets.
