Through Lean and Agile tools, I help them rethink their ways of working, focusing on the satisfaction of their end-users. Located directly within each coached team, I **advise, train, and challengethem until they instinctively identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to their products and customers themselves. Visual management, Gemba walks, SIPOCs, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), skills matrix, problem-solving, individual coaching, workshops... this is my daily life!

Definition and implementation of the Business Process Management team and its tools at the headquarters in The Hague (Netherlands).

Mapping and analysis of the foundation's strategic skills. Alignment of business processes and IT systems with strategic needs (collaborative work with the heads of each foundation division, their teams, and the IT architects team).

Redefinition of the purpose and profile of certain teams in light of the global strategy.

Mapping of new processes for various projects (Content Model Solution, Master Data Management, Single Sign On).

Creation or optimization of business processes such as:

Overhaul of all HR processes

Standardization of travel management processes across the foundation's three international centers (Asia Pacific, Americas, Africa-Europe-Middle East)

Optimization of the review cycle for the foundation's 4 school program offerings

Creation of a methodological base for business teams (knowledge transfer).

Training of junior profiles in the Business Analysts team.
