During my work-study program in event communication at the Théâtre de l'Eau Vive, I participated in the implementation of the communication and promotion strategy for an independent cultural organization. This experience allowed me to develop a global vision of digital communication, project management, and cultural marketing.

I promoted shows on numerous platforms (WordPress, Billet Réduc, Portail Théâtre, Portail des Associations, Pass Culture Pro, Instagram, Facebook, and Brevo) to improve the theater's visibility and optimize ticket sales for performances. I also created various communication materials: posters, programs, visuals for social media, banners, videos, and interactive content created with Canva.

In parallel, I managed social media by planning posts, creating engaging content, and fostering interaction with the community. I also designed and distributed email campaigns via Brevo, while participating in contact list management and segmentation.

This work-study program led me to monitor and analyze the performance of different communication channels using indicators from Google Business Profile, WordPress, Billet Réduc, Brevo, Instagram, and Facebook. I conducted SWOT and PESTEL analyses to identify the strengths, weaknesses, and development opportunities of the theater's digital strategy, then proposed recommendations to improve visibility, audience loyalty, and ticket sales conversion.

I also participated in the coordination of event projects, the publication of shows on various platforms, liaising with artistic companies, and certain administrative tasks such as managing registrations, contracts, and communication with partners.
