I’ve spent the last 20 years working in global supply chains, predominantly within the Life Sciences sector.

My career has been focused on planning, supply chain transformation and leading large international teams across complex networks. From stabilising performance to leading major change programmes, I’ve worked across EMEA, APAC and the US helping organisations strengthen how their supply chains operate.

Now, through Altura Supply Chain, I work with organisations on a fractional, interim and project basis. I bring senior-level supply chain expertise exactly when and where it’s needed, without the overhead of a permanent hire.
