Urgent intervention on a lead generation system that was down: the "Create Spreadsheet Row" Zap was failing due to a change in the Google Sheets structure (tab addition + sorting). Diagnosed the broken mapping, corrected the Zapier configuration, remapped columns, and provided recommendations to stabilize the structure long-term. System back online within the day.

Implementation of a complete automated customer reminder system for a dental prosthetics lab based in Toulon.

Context & Need

The client manually managed unpaid invoice reminders, which represented a time-consuming administrative burden and regular oversights. The goal was to fully automate this process, from detecting non-payments to sending reminder emails, without human intervention.

Accomplishments

• Design and development of an automation workflow on n8n (self-hosted)

• Connection to Google Sheets as a database for invoice tracking (statuses, amounts, due dates)

• Intelligent reminder logic: first email at D+15 after the end of the billing month, then reminders every 7 days, only on business days

• Automatic retrieval of the PDF invoice as an attachment from Gmail (searching sent emails by invoice number)

• Construction and sending of emails via the Gmail API in raw MIME format for dynamic attachment management

• Implementation of an error alert workflow (immediate email notification)

• Correction of data in Google Sheets via the API (values:batchUpdate) to ensure the accuracy of calculation formulas

• Comprehensive testing across 7 business scenarios before production launch

100% automated system, in production, zero manual intervention required. The client receives their reminders automatically sent to the right contacts, with the correct invoice attached, at the right time.

Acadomia receives hundreds of incoming leads every month. The problem: all leads were treated the same way, without priority, without context. I implemented a complete automatic scoring workflow — each lead is analyzed, scored, and distributed to the right advisor with an AI summary and a clear priority order. In parallel, I automated the entire formatting and SEO/FAQ article publication process for their GEO positioning.
