Liaison role between departments and users. Management and transfer of calls between health professionals (doctors, departments). Updating work files and managing equipment, particularly wheelchairs. Assistance with organizing user transfers requiring transport, including booking taxis.

Hygiene and comfort care for patients (bathing, dressing, changing). Assistance with positioning, movement, and mobilization of patients. Assistance with meals and monitoring food intake. Observation of health status and transmission of information to the nursing team. Maintenance of the patient's environment (bed, room, equipment). Relational support and daily assistance to patients.
