At EY, I created and structured the Microsoft team dedicated to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. I was responsible for recruitment, training, and skill development of the team, covering junior, senior, and expert profiles. As head of delivery, I led the design and implementation of complex CRM solutions, while defining technical standards, internal guidelines, and project best practices. I also played a key role in pre-sales, solution architecture, and team support to ensure quality, coherent, and client-aligned deliveries for major accounts.

At Inetum, I progressed from Senior Consultant to Team Lead and then Team Manager, consistently maintaining a dual technical and managerial role. I was heavily involved in the architecture and implementation of Dynamics CRM On-Premise, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Power Apps solutions. I supported the early stages of no-code/low-code within the organization by positioning myself early on Power Apps and Power Automate, which allowed me to train, structure, and develop the team's skills around these technologies. In parallel, I created and grew the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform team from its inception, expanding it from 2 to over 15 consultants in three years, while implementing internal technical standards and delivery best practices. We implemented over five large-scale CRM and Power Apps projects for clients in Morocco, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Spain, in the insurance, banking, and IT services sectors.

As Technical Team Lead, I designed and managed CRM solutions for the real estate sector in the US market. I worked on the implementation and evolution of solutions based on Dynamics CRM, with specific business packages for Real Estate. In parallel, I led the ground-up development of two custom CMS for managing real estate content and data, developed in C# and integrated into the CRM ecosystem. The architecture was based on ASP.NET Web API services deployed on Microsoft Azure, facilitating integration with external real estate systems. I also implemented data integration flows using ETL processes with SSIS, ensuring data synchronization and reliability. In total, over ten IT projects were delivered, with full responsibility for maintenance, enhancements, and support, while ensuring technical team leadership and deliverable quality.
