Manager of a property trading company, I am involved in the analysis and scope definition of real estate projects involving renovation works.

My approach is practical: understanding the project, organizing information, studying the local market, analyzing renovation works or submitted quotes, preparing a provisional budget, and producing a clear summary to facilitate decision-making.

For the past six years, I have also managed an interior renovation company, with hands-on experience in site supervision, reading and preparing quotes, coordinating stakeholders, and organizing renovation works.

I assist individuals and investors, particularly property traders and developers, with specific needs: feasibility analysis, market study, purchase/renovation/resale budget, reading renovation quotes, organizing necessary tasks, and operational file monitoring.

Based in the Cannes area, I provide remote analysis of real estate projects with renovation works, and occasionally on-site services from Cannes to Monaco, depending on project requirements.
