Project Manager for the Obsolescence treatment of the Oracle E-business Suite R12 technical base with migration to the cloud.

• Migration of Oracle E-business Suite instances to the cloud: Build of new environments (dev, test, pre-prod, and prod)

• Upgrade of RHEL6 OS to RHEL8

• Upgrade of Oracle 12c database to Oracle 19c

Tasks:

• Steering from build to run: ensuring the production deployment of the OEBS instance in the new target infrastructure on the cloud.

• Coordination with CAGIP based on resource availability and technical feasibility (environment build, opening of flows, monitoring of requests and changes)

• Synchronization with the business team according to their planning constraints (production deployment of OEBS application versions, year-end activities, quarterly closing, etc.)

• Organization and steering of governance instances (Kickoff, Steering Committee, Project Committee, etc.)

• Weekly reporting with the various stakeholders and management.

• Planning, steering, and monitoring of expected deliverables within the predefined deadlines.

• Organization of IT and business acceptance testing: defining an acceptance test plan including the participation of several teams with inbound and outbound flows via Oracle EBS, business functional tests, etc.)

• Remediation of vulnerabilities and planning of patch applications based on environment availability.

Activities

Infrastructure Project Manager for the relocation of an Allianz Trade datacenter to a new shared Allianz room.

• Defining the scope of assets to be moved to the new room

• LAN Refresh: Network setup in the new room

• Moving of 4 firewalls

• Ensuring the movement of equipment in several waves

• Planning necessary resources:

◦ -: Participants from each technology in an international context (Germany, India, France, Italy, USA)

◦ - External: Receiving relocation offers from each provider HP, IBM, Apixit, DELL EMC, Cisco. Negotiating and monitoring the purchasing process.

• Preparing required prerequisites: Cabling matrix, opening of flows, decommissioning of obsolete or unused servers.

• Reactivation of the DR site in case of an incident during the big move

• Defining the runbook and the list of participants

• Steering the migration of servers (physical and virtual, Windows, Linux, and AIX containing databases) as well as storage and backup.

Cross-functional Project Manager in the BP2I team to lead infrastructure requests from business teams. Examples: Management of OS or Infrastructure obsolescence; migration to new servers, Oracle database migration from Exadata to dedicated servers, backup project (VTL Lanfree), provision of new infrastructure for business teams; Veritas or Windows clusters

• Project steering (Kickoff meeting and planning presentation)

• Definition of milestones and deliverables.

• Organization of project committees, steering committees, and weekly meetings

• Ordering of physical or VM servers

• Monitoring of implementation in the datacenter (racking, patching, LAN and SAN cabling)

• Planning of OS builds

• Reservation of IP addresses, opening of flows, reservation of ports

• Monitoring of middleware installations and configurations (CFT and MQ)

• Weekly reporting on Clarity

• Support for resolving blocking points; Creation of RITMs, incidents, for specific configurations.
