During my internship at EY (Ernst & Young) Tunisia, one of the most recognized international consulting firms, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the demanding and stimulating world of consulting. This internship allowed me to gain initial concrete professional experience within a multidisciplinary team specializing in strategic business support.

During this period, I learned the basics of the consulting profession, including:

Analyzing client needs and understanding their environment (industry, organization, strategic challenges)

Collecting, structuring, and analyzing data to identify improvement levers

Participating in the drafting of clear and concise deliverables, such as analysis notes, presentations, or diagnostics

Contributing to missions for performance improvement, digital transformation, or internal process optimization

In parallel, this internship also familiarized me with EY's consulting methodologies, based on a structured, results-oriented approach with a high level of demand for quality, analytical rigor, and confidentiality.

Thanks to quality supervision, I was able to develop my professional communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to solve complex problems, while discovering the key values of an EY consultant: integrity, service orientation, teamwork, and excellence.

During my internship at Value Tunisia, a company specializing in innovative technological solutions, I had the opportunity to work on a concrete and ambitious project: the development of an intelligent chatbot capable of analyzing technical PDF documents.

The core of the project involved designing an intuitive web application that allows users to upload a PDF file – often containing text, graphs, scientific analysis methods, and numerical results – and then ask the chatbot questions directly. The chatbot can interpret the PDF content and provide an instant, targeted, and relevant response.

During this internship, I:

Developed the user interface in HTML and Python (using frameworks like Streamlit) to facilitate upload and interaction with the chatbot

Integrated PDF analysis libraries to extract text, tables, and charts (e.g., PyMuPDF, pdfplumber)

Implemented a natural language processing (NLP) model capable of understanding user questions and identifying relevant answers within the document content

Conducted tests on real-world cases (analysis reports, technical documents, etc.) to ensure response accuracy and system robustness

Documented the various project steps and presented a functional demonstration to the supervising team

This internship allowed me to consolidate my skills in Python development, artificial intelligence applied to document processing, and interactive interface design. It also enabled me to understand the challenges of automating document analysis for time savings and rapid decision-making, two essential values in the world of consulting and data.

During my internship at Capgemini Tunisia, a global leader in digital transformation consulting, I developed a complete web application for intelligent inventory administration and management. This project aimed to provide an administrator with a centralized and interactive view of their entire logistics activity, while integrating AI-based decision support tools.

The system I designed includes several key modules:

Dynamic administration dashboard: allowing real-time visualization of products, warehouses, suppliers, and orders, with simple and intuitive interfaces.

Stock prediction engine: an integrated AI analyzes sales and order history to predict future demand, recommend the best products to order, and suggest optimal reorder quantities.

PDF report generation: results and recommendations can be exported to PDF for archiving or presentation.

Intelligent assistance chatbot: designed to assist the administrator in managing staff and decision-making, while facilitating navigation through internal data (product search, order status, suppliers, etc.).

Technically, I used Python, MySQL for data management, and modern frameworks for the front-end (like React) and back-end. I also integrated machine learning models for prediction, as well as an NLP engine for the chatbot's conversational intelligence.

This internship allowed me to leverage my skills in full-stack development, AI applied to inventory management, data visualization, and user experience (UX/UI). I also gained a concrete understanding of the challenges of automation, logistics performance, and AI-assisted decision-making in a real professional context.
