Context: Evolve and deploy the ATP product across all Carrefour E-commerce services (Drive, Home Delivery, etc.), enabling the calculation of the most accurate stock projection in real time.

Challenges: Reduce shortages and increase the publishability of E-commerce products.

- Define and communicate the product vision

Missions:

- Management of the evolutionary Road Map of the Carrefour Express Delivery (LEX) service: Web Front, Mobile Apps, Back office (OMS, TMS…) and order preparation tool. [Agile SCRUM]

- Management of the migration of the LEX platform (160 stores) to a new version of the Wynd editor.

- Redesign and improvement of business processes (customer service, support service…)

- Monitoring the deployment of the LEX service at the national level. Tasks:

- Gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, production launch, change management.

- Facilitating project instances: Project committees and steering committees.

Missions:

1/Transfer of the administration of the time tracking tool (BIP) from the BSC (Business Solution Center - 2500 employees) from Paris to Bucharest.

- Organizing interviews to gather the needs of all stakeholders (COO, Project Managers, BIP Administrator in Bucharest ...)

- Setting up a new process for processing time tracking requests by the Bucharest teams, via a WorkFlow system (SharePoint tool)

- Setting up the new SharePoint tool: writing specifications, monitoring development, testing and deployment.

- Writing procedures and project documentation.

- Change management support (organizing presentation/training workshops)
