Agile Delivery Manager at Oodrive, responsible for managing the agile transformation, the management of a team of 4 Scrum Masters, and the overall alignment of Product & Engineering teams (over 60 developers).

I contributed to structuring a scaled agile model, establishing common practices, and streamlining and harmonizing delivery across several sites (Paris & Tunis). Scrum Master at Ledger, responsible for two squads within a SAFe-organized Agile Release Train. I supported the agile maturity development of the teams and actively participated in the deployment of scaled agile, and managed execution and delivery, in close collaboration with the Release Train Engineer, Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters.
