Description

As a Project Manager, I have trained myself through studies and experiences in different aspects of project management: sometimes very functional by staying at a high level on incident management, and sometimes a bit more technical with close collaboration with DEV or Engineering teams.

My project is to help and support companies in the most versatile way possible in the collaboration of the different teams that compose it.

The primary quality of a good project manager, in my opinion, is flexibility. I don't do the splits, but I manage to adapt to the practices of each structure, each team, and even each resource :)

I have worked in a data center for the Ministry of Defense, managed national incidents for EDF tele-advisors, physically administered the 4 data centers of Engie IT, and integrated major client projects for Thales (NATO, DGA, etc.).
