Migration of the Stop Map module of Urbineris, a transport data management business application, from a legacy GWT interface to a new TypeScript implementation.

I worked on the functional takeover of a complex map screen used to manage stops, stations, stop groups, transfers, and accessibility information. The task involved analyzing existing behavior, reimplementing interactions in the new module, comparing the old and new rendering, and then correcting regressions reported during acceptance testing.

Specifically, I participated in managing stop popups, parent station selection, transfer actions, editing states, business icons, tri-state controls, and map navigation behavior. The milestone also included stabilizing the user experience to maintain end-users' habits while modernizing the technical base.

Environment: TypeScript, Java, GWT, Google Maps, business web application, progressive migration, frontend debugging, regression analysis, and functional validation.

Technical audit mission on a critical business module developed in TypeScript. I analyzed the existing architecture and code, identified technical debt and regression risks, and then defined a prioritized reliability plan. Deliverables: audit report, type and interface review, and concrete refactoring recommendations to secure future developments.
