-Detect and correct clashes between disciplines (plumbing, heating and cooling) on the Vaudreuil hospital project for our client 3P Construction, using Revit and Revizto. -Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective integration of technical systems. -Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to quickly identify problems and propose optimal solutions. -Analyze and resolve interferences detected in the models by applying BIM best practices. -Optimize the layout of MEP networks to improve constructability and avoid conflicts on site.

• Ensure the compliance of BIM models with project-specific standards and requirements.

• Supervise the organization, management, and transfer of BIM data.

• Coordinate with the BIM coordinator to detect and correct modeling inconsistencies.

• Perform quality checks of BIM models.

• Optimize asset management processes by integrating adapted BIM technologies.

• Deploy BIM templates, train the team in their use, and supervise their application on projects.

• Design and develop custom 3D BIM objects for pilot projects.

• Contribute to the planning and monitoring of BIM projects.

• Perform the modeling of a climatic chamber from the BIM scan. -Structure and organize the archiving of models according to predefined standards.
