Project Description: Design of a SaaS software for managing employee representative committee (CSE) offers and memberships. The proposed application is divided into two parts:

- A Front Office, with a simple and intuitive interface, allowing bank employees to subscribe and book activities;

- A Back Office allowing CSE agents to offer activities and manage requests, schedules, communication, member access rights, and accounting.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Analysis of documentation provided by the client describing the need, constraints, and expected functionalities.

- Gathering requirements from users and studying existing competitor solutions.

- Needs analysis and design of the specifications and user journey.

- Definition of functional specifications and writing of User Stories with client teams.

- Design of mockups and prototypes of the solution on Figma.

- Development of the solution's Business Model, cost estimation, and proposal of a development timeline.

- Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.

- Participation in the development of the solution (frontend and backend): Testing Backend APIs and Designing frontend interfaces.

- Presentation of the solution to CSE teams

Environment and Tools:

SaaS, Agile, Jira, Visual Studio Code, Python, Flask, React, SQL, Git, Postman, Figma.

Results and Deliverables:

- Solution comprising 2 web applications (front office and back office)

1200+ members and users

- Improved user experience with a more intuitive interface and simplified user journey.

- Improved management of offer subscriptions and communication to employees.

Project Description: Development of SaaS applications for vehicle rental companies and fleet owners. These applications aim to digitize the complete management of their operations and provide their customers with great autonomy in the vehicle rental process.

The application notably relies on the integration of connected objects to enable remote communication with vehicles, data retrieval, and processing. Thanks to this technology, several crucial processes have been automated, including invoicing and preventive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

- Roadmap construction

- Supervision of product deployments and decommissioning

- Gathering client business needs and monitoring market evolution.

- Study of collected needs and design of user journeys.

- Definition of functional specifications and writing of User Stories.

- Collaboration with the Product Designer for user interface (UI/UX) design.

- Product Backlog management, task prioritization, and organization of sprints and developments.

- Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) and product workshops.

- Supervision of development and testing phases.

- Validation of product effectiveness with clients.

- Monitoring of progress and quality of deliverables.

- Study of technical documentation from suppliers: Testing supplier APIs and Developing documentation and integration plan for supplier APIs.

- Implementation of alerts and notifications on App Insights for key performance indicators (error rate, latency, availability) to ensure application health and monitor key KPIs.

- Analysis of production logs (API requests, database calls) to identify the origin of anomalies.
