Assisted the client from needs identification to project completion -Collaborated with the Owner, Design Team, external contractors, and various site stakeholders (purchasing, safety, maintenance, occupants, etc.). -All trades projects (€50k to €2M): including partial demolition, office renovation, roof repairs, HVAC work, and other related tasks. -Development and in-depth analysis of specifications (CCTP, CCAP...), participation in technical and financial alignments. -Order management, rigorous financial monitoring. -Site preparation and supervision: internal communication, request for permits and site access, prevention plan coordination, interface management with the site, monitoring of actions and complementary studies, resolution of encountered issues, participation in site audits, etc. -Site completion: acceptance, development of the As-Built Dossier (DOE), financial evaluation, and project retrospective.

During the final study internship (PFE), on various new construction and rehabilitation sites in industrial services: (VOLVO G50-EDF DALKIA V3E Urban Boiler Room-TOKAI COBEX)

• Site preparation: consultation of all subcontractors/suppliers, choice of construction methods, team management (workers, site manager), execution study, establishment of Target Budget (Point0), planning, financial management, M&E management, Quality/Safety/Environment.

• Structural Work Monitoring: schedule, compliance, and technical quality controls of the structure.

• All Trades Monitoring: monitoring of subcontractors before acceptance according to execution plans and CCTP requirements, conducting site acceptance inspections with the client, checking punch list items.

• Preparation and analysis of execution plans.

• Development of the provisional work schedule (MS PROJECT).

• Establishment of execution methods and contractual management of phasing.

• Ensuring coordination between stakeholders and compliance with site safety standards.
