Management and project management for new mobile site deployment (National scope)

Monitoring, support, and coordination of 7 negotiation research agencies and 3 project owners, interfacing with radio, engineering, urban planning, legal, and finance teams. Identification/treatment of land, urban planning, and technical risks, and implementation of corrective action plans. Operational interface with landlords, local authorities, and technical partners.

Resolution of complex problems

Management of blocking points: landlords and participation in AG/AGE/Fairs and Town Hall meetings. Operators/clients: Close collaboration with engineering for the redesign or recovery of complex areas. Monitoring of indicators (KPI, deadlines, costs, quality), consolidation of reporting, and contribution to deadline optimization.

Search for and negotiate suitable locations for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure, respecting the specific constraints of our end clients and the requirements of our engineering department.

Schedule appointments and conduct negotiations with local elected officials and landowners.

Study available land and select sites that meet client needs (land height, clearance, ENEDIS network access, etc.).

Conduct zone audits according to our clients' established standards.

Sign agreements (private or public) with the parties concerned.

Support the design office on-site.

Conduct technical visits and write detailed reports.

Validate and obtain prior work authorizations.

Manage the display of prior notices and display certificates with the help of bailiffs.

Ensure the monitoring, completeness, and updating of client reports.

Negotiation of principle agreements and site feasibility up to the PM.

Study and technical analysis of fiber optic network design projects.

Manage the execution of preliminary studies by leveraging the various departments concerned,

Monitor technical, financial, and organizational feasibility.

Ensure the measurement of results and reporting on objective achievement.
