Technical/application interface with customers B2C, partners B2B and Regional Sales Managers

o Technical expert for Fluid Mechanics, Particle measurement and Filtration instruments

o Assist the sales team and customers with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales application requirement

o Perform system installations and provide training to users

- Demoing instruments onsite and remotely

- Performing lab tests and proof of concept

- Participate actively to conference and maintain a regular scientific production

- Development and maintenance of training materials and sales collateral, including Application Notes.

- Beta tester for new algorithm and instruments

- Maintain regular contact with end-users and provide market feedback as VOCs to product management

- Participate actively to marketing activities: conferences, Animate internal meetings, workshops, webinars and seminars

- Update customer ERP database with activities, requests and feedback

- Ensure full Responsibilities of a radiation Safety officer:

o Providing consultancy to upper management on radiation safety requirement

o Managing accidental and special events related to radiation with the authorities in France

o Installation and disposal of Radioactive Neutralizer systems in France

o Training and Monitoring of radiation activities of classified employees at TSI France Inc.

Proactively prospect new business opportunities, identify customer needs, writing commercial offers, answering tenders, negotiation, opportunities follow up and closing opportunities

- Provide remote and field technical/application support to end-users

- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

- Organize workshops, seminars and participate to conferences and working groups

- Report on business activities and potentials

- Design of an experimental research facility to study fluid/structure interaction

- Perform experimental tests (using optical diagnostics techniques SPIV & LDV)

- Develop scripts for large data sets analysis and write technical reports
