- Creation and animation of an Innovation community (Deliverable writing)

- Conducting monitoring and writing strategic notes (Web3.0, Responsible Digital, Low-Code/No-Code, Digital Decentralized Identity, Metaverse, Virtual Assistant, ...)

Organization of Learning Expeditions

- Implementation of a responsible digital program (Training, Green Hacking of Innovative Projects, organization of Responsible Digital Workshops...)

I intervene and support my clients in contexts where IT and business teams need to be brought together, communicate, and collaborate for project success (Banks, Mutual Insurance Companies, major Luxury groups, major Retail groups, Civil Engineering...).

To achieve this, I manage teams of 1 to 5 consultants with diverse profiles (in terms of seniority, background, and specialization).

I support companies in their digital transformations, from strategic thinking: monitoring, target ambitions & visions, new business models, service design, Innovation program...) to implementation phases (scoping and project management).
