• Built four core modules from the ground up: a Script Editor, Event Definitions, Statistics Definitions, and Calibration Management.

• Script Editor: a full in browser coding environment with live validation, reusable templates, and version history, so technical users get a complete scripting workflow inside the web app instead of switching to separate desktop tools.

• Event Definitions and Statistics Definitions: tools that let users define their own custom rules and metrics over large data sets and see the results as interactive visualizations on the same screen.

• Calibration Management: a system to import, organize, version, and link calibration data to the workflows that depend on it, replacing scattered files and manual handoffs.

• Owned the platform's quality and foundation work: a large suite of unit and end to end automated tests, a security audit of third party dependencies, role based access control, and a full rebuild of the interface on a unified design system with light and dark themes.

built InvoiceBirds, a B2B SaaS platform that helps freelancers and small businesses manage the full business flow from proposal to payment.

Owned the product build end to end as lead full-stack engineer — from product scope and UX flows to frontend, backend, database, authentication, payments, testing, and deployment. Shipped 73 API routes and 30+ production screens solo on a Next.js, Supabase, and Stripe stack.

Built the core SaaS engine:

• Document workflow system for proposals, contracts, estimates, invoices, and deal pipelines, including one-click conversion flows that carry client, pricing, project, and payment data forward.

• Stripe Connect payment infrastructure with merchant onboarding, platform fees, public payment pages, destination charges, and webhook-based payment reconciliation.

• Subscription and growth system across Free, Professional, and Growth plans, including proration previews, billing portal integration, automated dunning, retention offers, and referral flows.

• Financial dashboard layer with 30+ KPIs across revenue, overdue invoices, AR aging, DSO, cash runway, forecasting, churn-risk signals, tax summaries, and payment activity.

• Tax and money logic covering multi-tax rules, inclusive/exclusive tax handling, per-item exemptions, cash-basis tax reports, and income-tax estimates for the US, UK, Canada, and France.

• Automated collection workflows with scheduled payment reminders, per-client reminder rules, escalating reminder tones, and transactional email delivery through Resend.

• Production platform foundations including Supabase Postgres, Auth, RLS, Google OAuth, TOTP MFA, rate limiting, admin controls, bilingual EN/FR support, 40+ Playwright/Vitest tests, and CI/CD deployment to Vercel.
