A versatile and dynamic employee, I have carried out various tasks in large retail stores such as stocking shelves, facing products, cash register management, and customer service. Autonomous, rigorous, and responsive, I ensure the good presentation of products, restocking of shelves, and smooth and fast checkout. With good interpersonal skills, I am attentive to customers to guide them and meet their needs effectively. My adaptability allows me to intervene where the team needs reinforcement, ensuring optimal service and constant customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

During my observation internship at Carrefour, I discovered the workings of a large store and participated in various tasks as a versatile employee. I observed and assisted with stocking shelves, product facing, checkout, and customer service. This experience allowed me to understand the importance of organization, rigor, and teamwork in large retail. I also learned to be attentive to customers and to respond to their requests politely and effectively. This internship gave me a concrete insight into daily life in a dynamic professional environment.
