My name is Amina Zamoun, I am a statistician engineer by training and after nearly 4 years in data science, I am also a professional coach today.
► We often think that professional life and personal life are to be distinguished and that we cannot have everything. I find this profoundly false.
We are one and the same person. Thus, being fulfilled in our professional life will positively influence our personal life, and vice versa. The only way to help an employee develop their full potential is to support them in their entirety.
