The mission consists of analyzing, managing, and valuing data to support decision-making and optimize business processes through close collaboration with business and technical teams to transform data into performance levers. It also involves data project management by setting up KPIs in the form of dashboards and industrializing reporting processes.

• Piloting and implementing a project for the development and automation of risk governance reports using Power BI to improve the efficiency of reporting processes.

• Setting up interactive dashboards in Power BI for risk indicator monitoring.

• Using Alteryx to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, facilitating the integration of data necessary for risk analysis and report creation.

• Facilitating workshops to identify reporting needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Managing a data team of 4 people for the follow-up of various data projects.

The mission of our team, Transversal Capacities, is to provide essential technical tools to help all other teams deliver FINREP and other reports (COREP, NPL, FSB, ESG, etc.). This involves making data available from collectors through the various layers of the datalake. The Transversal Capacities team is also responsible for developing calculation engines.

• SIR: Calculation engine for the allocation of Collateral, Defaults, and Restructurings.

• Effect calculation engine: Volume effect, exchange rate effect, etc.

• Leakage control engine: Monitoring amounts and cardinalities between different data layers during quarterly closing runs by providing reports by data type (certified data, liquidity data, RWA data).

• Gathering requirements and presenting detailed functional specifications of the calculation engines to the development team.

• Analyzing anomalies detected during the generation of quarterly regulatory reporting.

• Feasibility studies and impact analysis of needs expressed by external entities.

• Performing technical and functional acceptance testing with test plans.

• Coordinating between different teams to ensure a better deliverable.

• Developing BDD tests (Business Driven Development tests).

• Integrating BDD with the development team and adapting according to developed algorithms.

Context:

VDT: Vme Dispersion Tool is a tool for acquiring, processing, and visualizing variable commercial means (VME) and group sales data for Renault. The goal is to control commercial means for the 20 countries that consume the most (8 countries Wave 1 and 12 countries Wave 2). This tool is used by regional directors and business analysts to create action plans that optimize VME spending, establish a competitive system in the market (dealership performance), and boost sales.

The product consists of:

• A backend part involving the construction of the cube (final table) by developing business rules on the data ingested into the Renault datalake.

• A frontend part in Spotfire common to all countries.
