With 19 years of experience in general accounting, revenue accounting, and finance environments in transformation, I help companies bring structure back where flows, tools, or processes have become too complex.

I have worked in demanding contexts: scale-ups, international groups, mobility, platforms, retail, and media. My favorite ground: periods of change — ERP migration, rapid growth, closings to be validated, revenues to be secured, data to be cleaned, processes to be rebuilt.

At Free2Move / Stellantis, I participated in structuring more robust revenue accounting, including setting up monthly closings, validating customer flows, automating controls, participating in the SAP S/4HANA migration, accounting mapping, and UAT.

My approach: understand quickly, secure the essentials, structure without burdening, and make things clearer for both teams and management.
