- Creating visuals, animated content, and communication materials (Canva, Reels)

- Writing and sending newsletters

- Implementing client onboarding processes

I have over 5 years of experience in online training, as a trainer, instructional designer, and freelancer, which allows me to understand both the pedagogical stakes and the concrete realities on the ground.

I am rigorous, autonomous, and I have a natural tendency to bring order where there is chaos. If you have training courses that work but lack structure, or processes that take up too much of your time, that's exactly where I come in.
