- Management of the application portfolio, mainly composed of software packages like Altaix (publisher Sopra-Stéria), Alhambra (publisher Herdia), and specific Business applications developed in Java J2EE: support with ticketing in JIRA and ServiceNow, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, obsolescence management, incident tracking by coordinating various technical development teams (SDM, architects, developers, production team, security) - implementation of a RUN optimization plan.

- Management of the relationship with the Property Management business line: definition and monitoring of the roadmap, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, management of the project portfolio from the pre-study phase to production deployment, tracking and reporting in Clarity, leading weekly coordination meetings and IT/Business steering committees.

- Management of a multidisciplinary team (3 project managers / 2 Business Analysts / 2 interns / 1 developer): objectives and activity monitoring, recruitment.

- Supplier relationship management, invoicing (order entry and reception) in SAP Ariba tool, tenders and contracting in coordination with Legal and Purchasing departments.

- Occasional technical interventions (Altaix developments, ssh, Talend ETL).

- Project management: tender management, participation in negotiation, contract drafting with Purchasing and publishers, establishment of project committees and monitoring, leading specification workshops, drafting deliverables, coordination with various IT teams, technical support for solution deployment, technical and functional acceptance monitoring, budget tracking (orders and invoicing).

Managing several projects in parallel with various scopes: automation of the supplier invoicing workflow (from paper or electronic invoice reception to accounting in Altaïx via a workflow tool), implementation of a Client extranet, developments and deployment of accounting and rental interfaces for REPM clients, interfacing between different IS tools (OnPremise servers and SaaS solutions), creation and automated population of a BO universe.

- Application maintenance: incident management, participation in the development of evolutions and corrections requested by the business for the IS applications (3 SaaS, 3 onPremise, 2 internal developments); specific developments on Altaix and monitoring of tickets opened with the publisher's support and installation in pre-production, acceptance monitoring and support for production deployment; management of internal IT teams.

Within Sopra Group's Real Estate division, on the Altaïx software package, I have been entrusted with several missions: pre-sales, training for Property Management clients, and end-user support. Specific ERP developments: SQL/Oracle scripts, Shell, and Oracle Forms. Management of the Altaix implementation project at a client's site: complete project cycle from contracting to service delivery (budget monitoring, resource allocation to tasks, specifications and workshops with the client, go-live support).
