At Cap Collectif, an innovative SaaS platform dedicated to citizen participation (https://www.cap-collectif.com/), I contribute to the development and optimization of back-end solutions. My work revolves around the following technical stack: Symfony (PHP) for the back-office, ReactJS, and GraphQL for smooth user interface management via API. The CI/CD infrastructure is managed using Circle CI and Kubernetes. The deployment of client instances is handled via an internally developed Python CLI. Everything is secured by CloudFlare. My major contributions include:

- Identifying and fixing memory leaks in cron jobs (profiling with Xdebug).

- Developing new features with their unit and functional tests.

- Integrating a new OTP SMS service provider. Abstraction of existing code (interfaces, adapters, factory).

- Designing features according to clean code, clean architecture, and design pattern principles.

- Resolving blocking bugs in production.

- Specifying and estimating tickets.

- Implementing PHPStan at level 7 and managing the baseline.

- Integrating jobs into our CI.

- Mentoring a junior developer (pair programming).

- Code reviews.

- Implementing agile rituals. This experience not only strengthens my PHP/Symfony development and CI/CD management skills but also allows me to actively contribute to improving the product's performance and quality. Technical stack:

Start-up environment, founded in 2011, high traffic, annual revenue of €50 million. At Onatera, I significantly contributed to the development and maintenance of an international e-commerce site, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and the integration of new features to enhance user experience and optimize commercial operations. My role involved close collaboration with front-end developers, Product Owners, QA, and business stakeholders. My major contributions include:

- Implementing the Message Bus for asynchronous communication with our CRM (Splio), an event-based architecture.

- Developing event listeners/subscribers and managing integration with cloud services (GCP / AWS S3 bucket) for updating information and managing stock on our ERP.

- Developing features on the e-commerce back-office (Sylius).

- Front-end interventions on Twig or Vue.js pages.

- Resolving production bugs. Working in agile squads composed of backend and frontend developers, PO, and QA. Collaboration in SCRUM with all associated ceremonies (dailies, retrospectives, reviews, planning poker). I also served as scrum master on a rotating basis with other team members.

Mobile application offering audio-guided sports routes. Developed a business application in Laravel and Vue JS from scratch. Integrated new features (text-to-speech, geomapping, video API, etc.). Simplified the user journey. Optimized and automated route creation, reducing time by 4. Launched in over a hundred cities in France and abroad.
