I learned the basics of sales, such as managing a store, advising customers, and commercial indicators. I also supported my manager and replaced her during her absences, which allowed me to learn the administrative side of the job and become an assistant manager. During the replacements, I had total management of the store, including team management, daily and weekly launch, as well as creating schedules and managing recruitment.
