About Amélie

Throughout my career, I have supported companies in various contexts: recovery, creation, and growth. Each assignment has allowed me to intervene in accounting, finance, organization, strategic steering, and executive coaching, to transform their ambitions into concrete and sustainable results.

One of my most significant assignments was the turnaround of a struggling butcher shop, heavily indebted and under bank pressure. The owner, despite his motivation, felt overwhelmed. My role was to take charge of the situation and rebuild the business from scratch.

I started by updating the accounting and administrative records, which provided a clear picture of the situation and helped recover significant sums. We then defined a development strategy, recruited key employees, and optimized internal processes to improve efficiency. Every procedure was enhanced, from inventory management to invoicing, including customer tracking and work organization.

In less than a year, the butcher shop was transformed: financially healthy, structured, and ready for growth. The owner was able to sell his business at an excellent price. This mission was as much human as it was professional, demonstrating that rigor, method, and strategy can turn a critical situation into lasting success.
