CAPIA Consulting offers strategic and operational support to organizations wishing to structure and deploy their transformation projects (CSR, impact, internal structuring).

I act as an outsourced transversal project manager to frame, steer, and advance complex initiatives, in close collaboration with management and teams.

Specifically, I support my clients in:

→ Structuring their roadmap and priorities

→ Coordinating internal and external stakeholders

→ Operational project implementation (CSR, compliance, responsible purchasing, circular economy…)

→ Creating performance monitoring and steering tools

→ Engaging teams, training, and change management

Each mission is considered a project in its own right, with a pragmatic approach: aligning strategic vision with concrete execution, in environments often constrained by time and resources.

As CSR Manager, I defined the CSR strategy with the CEO and was responsible for its implementation, including carbon footprint monitoring, training and support for international teams and partners in eco-design, regulatory monitoring, workshops for preparing the transition to a mission-driven company status, and awareness-raising and facilitation of workshops on major CSR issues (e.g., in 2024 - Gender Inequality, WLO, Carbon).

–Steering brand development, quality monitoring, retail, and communication for a network of 15+ licensees and export clients in 55 countries

–Deployment of a dedicated extranet for partners (content, reporting, collection feedback) — design of tools to facilitate data collection

–Facilitation of onboarding training and annual partner audits: continuous adaptation to institutional, private, and field stakeholders

–Management of partnership agreements and network performance monitoring
