My challenge was to take over a product development in progress, which had been carried out without involving users and without testing.
I repositioned users at the heart of product development to move closer to product-market fit. Notably by prioritizing and rationalizing costs through short iteration loops.

Among my main activities on this project were:
- UX research with bailiffs by conducting interviews and surveys to understand usage and needs
- UX design by creating customer journey mapping and wireframes for testing with the target user group
- Writing User Stories with precise acceptance criteria
- Writing general and/or detailed specifications and their continuous updating
- Writing, modifying, and executing test scenarios for the applications
- Functional support for users in assisting the development team
- Managing development (web and mobile) with teams based in Vietnam
