• Passing the free legal interpreter exam in the state of New York, Criminal, Civil and Family cases (Unified Court System)

• Responsible for the development, translation and construction process of Information Builders' internationalized products, including software strings, scripts, bitmaps, gifs, sample files, online help, voice-over work for Information Builders' educational videos

• Developing and updating the translation memory from existing glossaries and other sources while working with automated tools and assisting the localization coordinator and translators in defining glossary terms for translators

• Testing localized versions of software products for functional and linguistic defect spotting across a wide range of localized operating systems

• Documenting user interface roadmaps to assist other translators

• Working closely with software engineers and test engineers, project managers and the QA department to create automated test environments and repeatable tests for the localized version of software products

• Answering calls for general questions, providing corporate answers and perspectives on current and ongoing topics and encouraging continued use and purchase of Nintendo products in French and English.
