    Within the Renault Group, my main mission was to design and write microcopy to simplify access to connected services on applications: My Renault, My Dacia, My Alpine, and My Mitsubishi.

    Throughout the projects, I collaborated with UX Designers, UX Researchers, UI Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Leads, IT engineers.

    Key projects:

    - Redesign of the connection process for the My Renault and My Dacia applications to vehicles

    On the occasion of the launch of the new Renault Megane E-Tech 100% electric, we conducted user testing. We identified areas for improvement. The objective of this feature is to allow the user to connect their application to their vehicle.

    To do this, the user must follow the application's instructions and perform actions on the vehicle's screen.

    The challenge is to guide the user to connect their vehicle to the application using both screens (their mobile and their vehicle) in an intuitive and interactive way.

    We applied the same working method with the New Dacia Spring 100% electric.

    - Redesign of the charging and air conditioning program

    One of the challenges of this project was to simplify the microcopy present on the application screens and those of the vehicle.

    With the UX Designer and the Human-Machine Interaction (HMI) team, we started by designing and writing the microcopy.

    Then, with the help of a UX Researcher, we presented the new journeys to users to gather their feedback and identify their needs.

    - Access to connected services and Google services in the vehicle

    In collaboration with the UX Designer, Product Manager, and Product Owner, we reviewed the wording related to the activation and use of the vehicle's connected services (door locking, remote horn and lights) and Google services accessible from the vehicle.
