Owlint by ChapsVision is a company founded in 2018 specializing in digital footprint. Owlint provides solutions for identifying risks carried by individuals. The company collaborates with several French ministries and companies in consulting, defense, luxury, mass retail, and energy.

As Lead Backend Developer at Owlint, I supervise and optimize the production of SaaS and OnPrem solutions.

My responsibilities include:

- Maintenance of production environments

- Ticket and workflow management

- Development of new features in Go and Python.

I have implemented agile work methodologies.

I collaborate closely with the architect to make strategic technical decisions.

Under my leadership, the backend team grew from 3 to 6 developers. We manage tight roadmaps and improve customer satisfaction through transparent communication and rapid problem-solving.

From January 2021 to December 2022: as lead developer, I managed a team of 8 developers. I supervised, developed, and maintained 4 critical applications. Through continuous improvement, we managed the increasing complexity of the application while ensuring service quality.

From April 2020 to December 2021, I carried out significant technical migrations for repository applications, including the Dockerization of REST APIs, migration of application servers, and dependency management. These complex migrations were executed seamlessly, improving system reliability and infrastructure.

From June 2019 to April 2020, I supervised a team of 6 developers and managed the technical roadmap with the client. We improved data management by automating manual processes with Python, thereby enabling greater operational efficiency for our client.

From February 2018 to June 2019, as technical and functional lead, I managed a suite of document management applications, as well as pre-sales and technical scoping for a product. We revised the delivery process to secure delivery.

CRIStAL (Research Center in Computer Science, Signal, and Automation of Lille) is a joint research unit (UMR 9189) under the auspices of the CNRS, the University of Lille, Centrale Lille, in collaboration with Inria of the University of Lille. CRIStAL covers numerous digital science topics, from the most fundamental to the most applied.

During my 4-month internship at CNRS, I analyzed and implemented bioinformatics software for RNA sequencing data using Oxford Nanopore technology. My responsibilities included evaluating existing tools to determine their effectiveness and relevance, as well as implementing automation methods to optimize the analysis of this data.

Through this experience, I contributed to improving RNA sequencing analysis processes, which accelerated bioinformatics research and increased the accuracy of the results obtained. My internship at CNRS allowed me to develop advanced bioinformatics skills and provide innovative solutions to complex RNA sequencing problems.
