At Blank, my mission centered on enhancing app retention and optimizing the push notification strategy. As a freelance App Growth consultant, I supported startups and companies in designing and implementing strategies to boost user acquisition, retention, and monetization in mobile applications. My work included:

• Product and conversion funnel analysis.

• Definition of user acquisition (UA) strategies in organic and paid channels.

• ASO (App Store Optimization) optimization to improve visibility and downloads.

• Implementation of key growth metrics (CPI, LTV, Retention, ROAS).

• Support in digital marketing campaigns and growth experiments to maximize impact.

This role allowed me to combine marketing, data, and digital strategy knowledge to accelerate the sustainable growth of applications in various sectors.

As a freelance App Growth Optimization consultant, I collaborated with the Lydia team to optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns and manage the media mix to maximize app growth. My responsibilities included:

• Performance campaign optimization on channels such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google UAC.

• Creation and analysis of dashboards and detailed reports on key KPIs (CPI, CAC, Retention, ROAS).

• Management and balancing of the media mix to ensure efficiency and scalability of investment.

• Strategic recommendations based on data to improve user acquisition and retention.

This experience allowed me to bring a strategic and operational vision to the growth of one of Europe's leading fintech applications.
