Project: Takeover, maintenance, and evolution of data feeds for Peoplespheres' proprietary software solution, designed to provide a single application portal connecting and integrating all HR tools on the market. Talend is used as middleware. 150k users for 50+ clients (B2B)

• Qualification, characterization, and implementation of data architectures and Talend flows in "near real time" (1h delta), dynamic (data mapping accessible to dedicated operational teams for maintenance of API/flat file interfaces), and technical framing and support for the Peoplespheres development team, as the reference technical expert under the CIO.

> Definition of best practices (consolidation of development environments, definition of development standards, creation of reference Template flows, steering of the scheduler switch strategy, Takeover of the Kibana strategy, etc.).

> Technical validation of flow rules and data architectures, load estimation.

> Development of Talend flows.

> Writing documentation

> Support and training for developers

> Business stakeholder support

> Support for acceptance testing and deployment.

Project: Creation, maintenance, and evolution of data warehouses and their data feeds for SAFRAN Aircraft Engine: Reference technical expert for the CGI Service Center dedicated to Safran Aircraft Engines (1 year and 4 months)

• Qualification, characterization, and implementation of data architectures and Talend flows in "near real time" (1h delta), and technical framing and support for the CGI development team for the Data Service Center (CDS) as a reference expert on Talend and PowerBI.

> Technical specification of flow management rules and data architectures, load estimation, and service quote writing.

> Development of Talend flows and PowerBI reports

> Writing documentation

> Implementation of best practices

> Support and training for developers

> Business stakeholder support

> Support for acceptance testing and deployment.

• Maintenance, characterization, and implementation of evolutions for Talend flows and PowerBI reports on historical DWH scopes under the responsibility of the CGI Service Center (6 scopes) Project: Audit of data architectures for AFPA (3 months) Audit - Analysis of data architectures (physical, logical, best practices, sizing) for AFPA. Work performed in pairs with a second Talend architect from CGI.

> Analysis of existing architectures with AFPA technical teams

> Development of an automatic analysis tool (in Talend) for producing usage statistics of Talend on existing flows within AFPA (analysis of XMLs generated as documentation by Talend, based on existing jobs within AFPA)

> Writing of audit feedback documentation.
