Ivalua procurement & sourcing solution

• Role: IS&O Project Manager on the client side

• Tools: IVALUA Supplier Management and P2P interfaced with SAP MM

• Description: The SRM project involved implementing a supplier repository (Supplier Management module) with a downstream interface to SAP (vendors) and setting up a solution for confirming forecasts and orders (P2P module) originating from SAP.

• Tasks performed:

o PMO:

• Creation and maintenance of the detailed project plan in MS Project

• Budget monitoring

• Preparation and presentation of key Gates (DR1 & DR4) in SteerCo

o Business Analyst Project Manager:

• Preparation and presentation of the weekly Project Committee with internal (client) and external (integrator) project teams

• Monitoring and coordination of project activities: design and validation of functional and technical specifications, integration testing, Key-user training, client acceptance testing, preparation and monitoring of the production deployment plan, transition from the project team to the maintenance team, production stabilization and hypercare monitoring.

• Preparation of the IVALUA upgrade from version 168 to 176.

Tools: IVALUA Buyer and DOCAPOSTE PDP

Description This mission focused on the electronic invoicing reform for France. As an IT consultant, I worked on the design phase of the procurement domain between DOCAPOSTE and IVALUA Buyer tools (incoming invoice management) and within DOCAPOSTE for internal re-invoicing (setting up an outgoing invoicing tool).

Tasks performed as a Business Analyst IT Consultant:

- Preparation and presentation of the weekly Project Committee with internal (client) and external (integrator) project teams

- Writing functional specifications for enhancements related to the invoice module of the IVALUA Buyer tool and participation in the design of the DOCAPOSTE tool for incoming and outgoing invoices.

KNAPP automated logistics solution interfaced with SAP EWM.

• Role: Logistics Automation Project Manager

• Tools: KNAPP AG Retail Solution (OSR, conveyors & Workstation) connected to SAP EWM

• Description: My activity mainly consisted of managing the project on the client side

• Tasks performed:

PMO:

• Presentation of project status during the monthly SteerCo with the VP EMEA SCM

• Monitoring of budget, supplier orders, and invoices

• Business Analyst Project Manager:

• Preparation and presentation of the weekly Project Committee with external project teams

• Monitoring and coordination of project activities: design and validation of functional and technical specifications for mechanization and for the interfaces between the WCS and SAP WMS, installation of the automation solution (OSR, Shuttle, Stations, etc.) in the warehouse by the integrator, integration and client acceptance testing, training, preparation and monitoring of the production deployment plan, transition from the project team to the maintenance team.
