App created following the replacement of old agency PDAs with new ones. The application will offer better ergonomics and a better user journey. This by taking into account the specificities of the users' job (no natural light, night work, device sometimes used with gloves, need for speed, consideration of auditory feedback, etc.).

INCUB'R - Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation

Challenge

Project to easily create, manage, and search for incubated entrepreneur projects to meet ministerial and incubator demands.

Outcome: App UI validated (with management/visualization/generation/download of incubated project statistics based on various criteria (date, location, technology, etc.) in graphical format) and MVP developed.

PARADES - Ministry of Ecological Transition

Redesign of an application to provide resources in case of catastrophe (epidemic, earthquake, fire, etc.) even when offline and on a phone.

Outcome: Responsive app UI allowing, among other things, easy searching for companies and resources with the addition of a favorites option. MVP developed, other options will be developed later.

SI CPER - Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion

Project involving the design of an application for managing/visualizing regional and inter-regional financial contracts. This is to end the transmission of sensitive data via Excel files.

Outcome: Desktop application UI allowing contract creation and data completion (with indications for inconsistencies, budget overruns, etc.) + automatic and manual alert management for various services. Initial functionalities developed.

Assur'Online (Lead UX/UI)

Website redesign project with the challenges of offline content accessibility, mobile-first without being an app (too expensive), and proposing a graphic charter.

Crédit Agricole (UX/UI Designer among 3)

Interactive kiosk project allowing Crédit Agricole to differentiate itself and sell products to its clients. The study with interviews was conducted by the client. We were mainly proposing ideas for user journeys and tablet ergonomics.
