I work on the bank's app, which is used by around 19 million people. This bank is present in the UK and my work is only in English.

I mainly deal with important moments for vulnerable customers — such as when they face fraud, financial difficulties or bereavement. The idea is to offer the right solutions with the right tone, based on what we learn from user feedback.

I also work on more positive moments, such as when someone joins the bank or applies for a loan.

Doctolib is used by 90 million patients and 900,000 healthcare professionals across Europe.

I worked mainly on the clinical software, the tool that practitioners use during their consultations. It allows them in particular to:

- Quickly access key administrative and medical information of a patient,

- Note the reason for the visit, monitor existing pathologies or plan preventive examinations,

- Integrate essential data into the medical record, such as test results,

- Generate all the necessary documentation, such as prescriptions.

My goal: to make these experiences as fluid and intuitive as possible, while helping practitioners save valuable time.

To achieve this, I:

- Conducted research to understand users' needs and how they think about their actions and difficulties,

- Designed paths that align with their mental models,

- Help design the first AI experience for practitioners at Doctolib,

- Worked on terminology for more clarity and consistency,

- Wrote internal documentation and guides,

- Presented my work and integrated feedback from my colleagues and experts in the field,

- Provided support on other aspects of the product, including marketing and brand identity.
