- Social Management Control: Ensure data reporting: dashboards, reports, analyses... Conduct studies and provide advice to Management (absenteeism, headcount, compensation, organizational structure, payroll, strikes, training, recruitment and mobility, WFP, working hours....) Headcount management (forecast, organizational structure, FTEs…) Mastery of Excel (Pivots, VBA...).

- HRIS: participation in the implementation of the new T&A (Time and Activity Management) tool, participation in the requirements phase, testing.

- Internal Control: HR Internal Control Referent (manage the control plan, create HR risk mapping, ensure controls, produce procedures...)

- Quality: Participation in the overall quality policy of the CPR and more specifically its implementation within HR, creation of quality procedures, implementation of quality indicators...

- CSR: HR Referent for the CSR component. Work on the Company Mobility Plan in line with the "LOM" mobility orientation law no. 2019-1428 of December 24, 2019, which aims to develop the use of new forms of mobility, particularly in the workplace. Proposals for various mobility solutions. This work will lead to the negotiation of an agreement on this topic.

- Legal / Regulatory: Produce the Social Report and the Gender Equality Report Respond to and work with elected representatives (CSE) on various HR figures (Social Report, quarterly employment information..) Ensure social and regulatory monitoring.

- Transverse HR Activities: Provide support and advice to various HR departments Assist departments in creating indicators, reporting dashboards, for specific HR studies...

- WFP: Update of the skills framework (modification, deletion, enrichment).

- Publish the Jobs and Skills Framework on various platforms.

- Analyze needs and create the job and its position.

- Liaise with managers for validation of job and position descriptions.

- Contribute to the implementation of WFP tools.

- Prepare the development of career paths.

- Participate in working groups for WFP projects and HR projects in general.
