Fractional / Interim HR Consultant working with founders, entrepreneurs, growth-stage companies, and in-house HR departments that need additional strategic or operational support without increasing permanent headcount.

I design and implement end-to-end People strategies aligned with business goals, including organisational design, role clarity, performance management systems, compensation frameworks, and talent development initiatives. I also support founders, managers, and HR teams in strengthening leadership capability and improving decision-making impact.

My work focuses on building structure where companies have outgrown their early-stage HR setup, helping them move from firefighting to a more proactive, scalable People strategy. I define and embed key metrics such as engagement, performance, and employee experience to ensure HR decisions are data-informed and aligned with business outcomes.

I also support organisations in complementary areas such as employee wellbeing, DEI and equality plans, recruitment processes, and tailored learning and development programs.

I work as an embedded partner within leadership teams or HR departments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure sustainable implementation and readiness for the next stage of growth.

ADASA is of SKion GmbHA. It provides software and digital solutions for water and meteorology for governments, utilities and public agencies across Australia. This role led the transformation of the HR function to an Agile HR model to build agility as an organisational capability and support the sustainability and growth of the business.

• • Coordinated HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation and HR data reporting.

• • Advised managers on HR processes, policies and workforce management practices.

• • Produced workforce analytics and employee engagement reports supporting leadership decision-making.

• • Supported implementation of HR systems and digital tools improving data management and organisational knowledge sharing.

• • Maintained employee lifecycle documentation including contracts, onboarding materials and global mobility documentation.

HEINEMANN Tax & Duty operates 10,000 sqm of retail space at Sydney Airport with over 550 employees in eight retail stores. My role changed with time from a sales consultant to a team leader managing a team of 44 employees. In addition, I collaborated with facilitating training and managing WHS.

• • Identifying customer needs and providing effective services to meet their needs and desires.

• • Encouraging, motivating, and managing the team to keep the shop's key performance indicators and business standards.

• • Deliver engaging training material as required for our Heinemann team members on change initiatives, new products, changes to operational procedures, and our induction programs.

• • Provided practical assistance and support to Human Resources regarding staff rostering (Comops), payroll (ichris), interviewing, and staff training.

• • Ensuring the store's security, consistently adhering to current working standards, policies and procedures, and reporting any issues.

• • Provide effective WHS solutions as a member of the Work Health and Safety committee, identifying areas of safety improvement.
