At BASF, I conducted a diagnostic ergonomic study with an update of the Unique Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUER). The objective was to identify the real risks of the workstations and propose concrete solutions to improve employee safety and comfort.

The approach was based on two complementary working groups:

Operators group: employees tested the solutions in the field, allowing their feasibility and real effectiveness to be assessed.

Pilot group (representatives and management): this group validated and prioritized the solutions, ensuring they met the company's strategic and operational needs.

This participatory approach made it possible to:

Identify priority and real risks for each workstation

Propose concrete ergonomic actions, adapted to field practice

Update the DUER in an operational and legally compliant manner

Results: improved safety, optimized workstations, effective adoption of solutions by the teams, and reduction of professional risks. This experience illustrates my ability to combine ergonomic expertise and an IPRP approach to produce concrete and sustainable results.

At Satoriz, I conducted a project-phase ergonomic study, following a preliminary diagnosis, in direct liaison with the HSE department. The objective was to transform the findings of the diagnosis into concrete and operational solutions adapted to the multi-site network.

The approach was structured around two working groups:

Field group (operators): 5 representative stores tested the proposed solutions, allowing their feasibility and relevance in the field to be verified.

Pilot group (representatives and HSE management): this group validated and prioritized the solutions, ensuring their strategic and operational consistency for the entire network.

The study covered 39 stores, including field observations, ergonomic analyses, and team consultations. The results led to:

A turnkey solution, validated by the pilot group and deployed across the entire network

The update of the DUER, reflecting real risks and corrective measures

The creation and updating of product sheets

The revision of internal procedures to improve prevention and efficiency

This mission made it possible to secure workstations, optimize processes, and deploy validated ergonomic solutions across the entire network. It illustrates my ability to transform a diagnosis into concrete actions, combining IPRP methodology, a participatory approach, and ergonomic expertise
