I collaborate with different teams across multiple time zones to understand their needs and ensure their processes are optimized using automation tools and comply with established quality standards.

This allows for the elimination of manual tasks and the replacement of Excel files with intelligent workflows. Tools I use include Microsoft Office (particularly MS Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, etc.), Jira, Zendesk, Monday, Zapier, and Cognito Forms, among others.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of my responsibilities:

- Analyze existing processes to implement automated workflows

- Contribute to defining quality standards and operating procedures, and implement QMS (Quality Management System) documentation

- Implement operational excellence initiatives, transformation, consulting, and project management

- Gather feedback from team members on processes

- Define KPIs and collect data to identify areas for improvement - Ensure continuous improvement of processes based on evolving needs
